Over the years, many steps have been taken to reinforce the club's commitment to good practice, its values and constant improvement. Reaffirming its commitment to fighting corruption and unethical conduct, Flamengo — through its Integrity and Compliance Programme — seeks stronger governance and an organisational culture grounded in ethics, transparency and respect.

Flamengo recognises how important it is to have mechanisms to prevent, detect and correct unethical conduct, unlawful acts and irregularities that could affect the club's routine, its finances or its reputation. To reinforce that commitment, a number of documents have been established setting out guidelines, required conduct and values, all in line with applicable legislation.
